![]() Jacquelyn M. Brown (nee Matejcik), 83, of Lorain, died June 8, 2022 at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center after a short illness. She was born September 8, 1938 in Lorain and had been a lifelong resident. Jacquelyn was a bar and grill owner of her family business, Czech’s Grill, for most of her life. She was a member of the former St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lorain and had joined Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Lorain. She enjoyed spending time with her family, attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, going on long Sunday rides, and all Cleveland sports teams. She is survived by daughters Maryann Mudrak (Jeff) of Amherst, Kimberly Kroesen (Todd) of Amherst, Christine Brown (Maria Ernandes) of Amherst, grandchildren Jeffrey Mudrak, Jennifer Mudrak, Madison Kroesen, Mikayla Kroesen, Mason Kroesen, Marissa Kroesen, and brother John Matejcik (Barbara) of Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Franklin T. Brown, her parents John and Helen Matejcik (nee Czech) and sister Maxine Brown (Raymond). ![]() |
